I can tell already that this album will be on repeat over many a glass of sweet tea as the clear burning light of summer fades into a golden burnished autumn.

Incidentally, you’ve likely heard the rumours by this point (but in case you haven’t), it appears that next year will be the year the final album from Bright Eyes is recorded and released. You know, everything has a season, and if Bright Eyes is to put out a final disc so that other new projects can be given room to exist, so be it. More here.
